Terms & Conditions   (FI)

These purchase terms and conditions apply when you as the consumer (hereafter referred to as "you") order goods from Trionic Sverige AB (Organisation Number 556698-1527) on Trionic´s website. By purchasing from us, you accept these terms and conditions. In order to complete an order on the Trionic website, you must be at least 18 years of age. Trionic maintains the right to change the purchasing terms and conditions as needed, without informing you beforehand. The version of the terms and conditions which apply to your order is the one that is available online at the time of your order.

Prices

All prices include value-added tax, except for citizens of the United Kingdom who are eligible for VAT relief. Shipping charges are added to all prices. All orders at a value above 200,00 EUR include free shipping within the European Union. For deliveries to countries outside of the EU, the value-added tax (VAT) is automatically deducted before you confirm your order.

Payment

Customers can choose between the following payment methods:

Credit and debit card

Credit cards are the most widely used online payment method in the world. Customers receive a line of credit and pay back the amount they spent in one go, generally at the end of the month.

Using a debit card and credit card are similar. However, unlike credit cards, debit cards take funds directly from the customer’s bank account. Some customers prefer paying this way as they’re able to track their purchases in real-time.

Trionic supports all the world’s leading credit and debit card brands. Currently, we support:

  • Cartes Bancaires
  • CartaSi

All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is an extremely secureand encrypted. No credit card numbers are saved. We use the latest in safety technology (3D-secure) when it comes to online credit card payment.

PayPal

Pay quickly and safely by using PayPal. You can choose to fund your payment from your PayPal balance or via a charge card or credit card linked to your PayPal account.

Paypal offer a range of payment options when using the Paypal payment option:

  • Pay Direct – Use your debit- /credit card or bank account to pay through PayPal
  • Paypal Balance – You can pay with a balance if you have a PayPal Balance account.

Mobilepay

MobilePay is a single-use card wallet payment method used in Denmark and Finland. It allows customers to authenticate and approve payments using the MobilePay app. MobilePay har over 4,5 millioner brugere og omkring 200.000 butikker og webshops i Danmark and has 2.6 million users in Finland and you can pay with MobilePay to more than 53,000 merchants either in stores or online.

Klarna – Pay in 30 days

Klarna’s ‘Pay in 30 days’ allows you to receive your order up front and get up to 30 days to pay without any interest and fees when you pay on time. If your order is eligible for ‘Pay in 30 days’, the option will be presented at the time of checkout. As soon as the store ships your order, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payments.

Bank Transfer with Trustly

A global leader in Open Banking, Trustly is an account-to-account payment platform that lets consumers pay businesses directly from their bank accounts. It’s a fast, secure payment method that benefits both businesses and consumers.

Users can make online payments directly from their bank accounts by selecting Trustly as a payment option during checkout. Once chosen, users authenticate the transaction through their online banking platform, and Trustly processes the payment in real-time, transferring funds directly to the merchant.

SEPA Direct Debit

SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. SEPA Direct Debit was introduced by the European Council to streamline the European payments structure. With SEPA, bank transfers can be done from any European checking account to any other European checking account.

Advance/Prepayment

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email with payment instructions and an account number. When we have received your payment, your order will be shipped.

Delivery

We ship our goods with the Swedish Post or DHL/UPS. Deliveries usually come within three (3) work days, counting from the order or purchase date. All of our packages are insured during shipping. Make sure to examine the package directly upon receipt for possible damage during transport. All transport damage must be submitted to the shipping company within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of your report, which you should then send to us, together with the original packaging and a copy of your invoice. Please contact us before you return the product.

UPS Money-Back Guarantee

For certain services and selected destinations UPS offers a free money-back guarantee. To find out if it applies to your shipment, go to ´Calculate Delivery Time´ in either the Shipping or Resources section at www.ups.com and key in your shipping details. Alternatively, it can be obtained by contacting your local UPS Customer Service.

The UPS Money-Back Guarantee does not apply for oversized packages (purchases containing either a Veloped or Walker) and will not be subject for the money-back guarantee refund.

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product and without special reason. Your right to cancel a purchase for goods starts at the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back to Trionic.

This provided that the product and its original packaging are in unaltered condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the product but you may of course carefully examine it.  We reserve the right to claim compensation if the product has been used in a more extensive way or if it has been damaged. Please also note that if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than necessary (more than you would do in a shop), we may also deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value.

You can cancel your purchase either verbally/in writing (by phone, letter or email), or by returning the item. The right to cancel the purchase agreement applies at the earliest from the time when the purchase agreement came into force and when you received this information. The right to cancel the purchase agreement requires that the product or cancellation was sent in a timely manner. The cancellation or returned item must be sent to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For small orders under 200 EUR, Customers may be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item at the discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Ownership Rights

The goods shall remain property of Trionic Sverige AB until complete payment is received.

Guarantee

Trionic Sverige AB offers a guarantee period for a total of 10 years for all Velopeds and walkers. This warranty is not valid for parts/components worn out by normal wear and tear (for example, but not limited to, tires, tubing, brakes). Our warranty is valid from the purchasing date. Varnish damage is not covered by the warranty. We maintain the right to repair damaged products or to replace them with a new model. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unspecified use, for example, but not limited to, neglect (lack of care and attention), transport, and excessive use along with changing the product and/or its components. Warranty entitlements are limited to the aforementioned person and possible transport costs are not included.

Errors

Trionic Sverige AB reserves that it may make possible mistakes on the company website. Trionic Sverige AB maintains the right to change any information, including but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, and product offers, without previous notice. Trionic reserves the right to stop selling products as well as to change the products offered in its inventory.

Force Majeure

If a party is kept from fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances over which the party had no control, like lightning, working conflict, fire, changed government provisions, government intervention as well as incorrect or delayed service from subcontractors due to circumstances stated, it shall be considered grounds for extension as well as relief from damages and other possible consequences.

Protection of Personal Information

All personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR. The data necessary to complete a transaction is saved and submitted, within the context of delivery, to in-store participating companies. To learn more, the User may consult the Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

When You create an account with us, You must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our website.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Without prejudice to any more specific provision of these Terms, any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and design rights related to this Website are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties relating to intellectual property.

All trademarks — nominal or figurative — and all other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with this Website are, and remain, the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.

Disputes and Choice of Law

Swedish laws apply to these terms and conditions. In the case of a possible dispute, we refer firstly to The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), and always follow its recommendations. In the case of possible disputes, you can also go here: ec.europa.eu/odr

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed or become invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
